Terra Innovatum, Uvation to Launch Data Center Pilot Program; Shares Up Pre-Bell

09:01 AM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Terra Innovatum Global ( NKLR ) said Thursday that it has signed a letter of intent with tech company Uvation to launch a 1 megawatt electric pilot program to support Uvation's AI and data center infrastructure.

Terra said the program has an option to increase the pilot program to 100 megawatts electric.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Shares of Terra Innovatum Global ( NKLR ) were up 14% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
