04:53 AM EDT, 07/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TortoiseEcofin Acquisition Corp. III ( TRTL ) said late Monday it has been notified that the New York Stock Exchange has begun the process to delist its units, class A ordinary shares and warrants.

The NYSE regulation staff made the decision after the company failed to consummate a business combination within the permitted timeframe.

Trading in securities on the NYSE was suspended after the market closed on Monday.
