11:00 AM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TerraVest Industries ( TRRVF ) on Thursday said it has acquired Tankcon FRP, along with certain assets from affiliated entities for an enterprise value of $27.8 million.

Headquartered in Blainville Quebec, Tankcon manufactures fibreglass reinforced plastic (FRP) tank trailers for the North American transportation industry.

TerraVest was last seen up $2.40 or 1.6% and nearer 52 week highs at $146.09, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
