09:53 AM EDT, 05/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TerraVest Industries ( TRRVF ) on Friday said it closed its previously announced bought deal treasury offering.

The company issued a total of 2-million common shares at $160.30 apiece for proceeds of $320.8 million, including 261,000 shares issued as underwriters exercised the full overallotment option.

Proceeds from the offering will be initially allocated towards repaying existing debt and supporting general corporate activities, until required for future acquisitions or growth opportunities.

Shares of the company were last seen up 0.3% at $163.69 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
