07:28 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TerraVest Industries Inc. ( TRRVF ) said Tuesday that it agreed to acquire Advance Engineered Products, a Saskatchewan-based manufacturer and service provider in the tank trailer industry. No financial details were provided.

TerraVest said Advance's "diverse product portfolio and extensive service platform" complements the company's existing tank trailer businesses.

Advance said the merger allows the company to secure opportunities for expansion, and innovation in the tanker trailer industry.

TerraVest gained 1.7% yesterday.
