TerraVest Industries Acquiring Advance Engineered Products; No Financial Details Given

07:28 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TerraVest Industries Inc. ( TRRVF ) said Tuesday that it agreed to acquire Advance Engineered Products, a Saskatchewan-based manufacturer and service provider in the tank trailer industry. No financial details were provided.

TerraVest said Advance's "diverse product portfolio and extensive service platform" complements the company's existing tank trailer businesses.

Advance said the merger allows the company to secure opportunities for expansion, and innovation in the tanker trailer industry.

TerraVest gained 1.7% yesterday.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Wednesday maintained that the age limit for chief executive officers (CEO) and managing directors (MD) of private banks won't be increased from the current 70 years, sources privy to the development told CNBC-TV18. The development comes after reports said that RBI was planning to raise the age limit to 75 following Companies Act 2013.
