TerraVest Industries up 6% at it Upsizes a Bought-Deal Financing to $279 Million

11:21 AM EDT, 05/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TerraVest Industries ( TRRVF ) up near 6% on last look, on Friday said it is upsizing a bought-deal offering to $279 million. from it original $240-million target.

The company will now sell an underwriting syndicate 1.74-million shares priced at $160.30 each.

The underwriters have also been granted a 15% over-allotment option, which, if fully exercised, would raise total proceeds to $320.8 million.

The offering is expected to close about May 23.

TerraVest shares were last seen up $9.67 to $174.94 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
