09:49 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said Wednesday that it has acquired a portfolio of industrial properties located in Doral, Florida and Kearny, New Jersey for $194.3 million.

The portfolio consists of three industrial distribution buildings totaling 509,000 square feet on 27.6 acres, with five tenants leasing 36% of the portfolio, the company said.

The properties are part of a multi-market portfolio of 1.2 million square feet for $426.9 million, the company said.
