Terreno Realty Acquires Industrial Property in California for $49.5 Million

09:26 AM EDT, 06/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said Monday that it has acquired an industrial property in Santa Ana, California, for about $49.5 million.

The company said the property has one industrial distribution building and is currently leased to a "major" home improvement retailer.
