Terreno Realty Acquires Industrial Property in New York for $12 Million

11:42 AM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said Monday that it recently acquired an industrial property in Brooklyn, New York for about $12 million.

The company said the property is a vacant industrial distribution building of about 24,000 square feet on 0.7 acres, located in East Williamsburg.
