09:34 AM EDT, 06/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) has acquired an industrial property in San Francisco, California's India Basin neighborhood for about $25.9 million, the company said Friday.

The property includes an industrial distribution building on 3.8 acres of land, and is 100% leased to four tenants, the company said.

The leases expire May 2031, and the estimated stabilized cap rate is 5.5%, according to the real estate investment trust.
