10:22 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said Thursday it has acquired an industrial property in South San Francisco for about $5.6 million.

The property consists of one industrial distribution building containing about 18,000 square feet and one 0.2-acre improved land parcel on 1.0 acres, the company said.

The building is 73% leased to four tenants and the land parcel is fully leased to one tenant all of which expire by June 2028, it added.
