09:55 AM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said Thursday it has completed the development of Building 33 of the Countyline Corporate Park Phase IV in Hialeah, Florida.

The industrial distribution building is fully leased to three tenants, the company said.

Countyline Phase IV, which is expected to be completed in 2027, will have 10 industrial distribution buildings totaling about 2.2 million square feet for an expected investment of roughly $511.5 million, Terreno said.
