09:58 AM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said Friday it has executed a lease with an unnamed ocean freight provider for 69,000 square feet in San Leandro, California.

The lease is expected to begin on Sept. 30 and will expire in January 2030, the company said.

Financial details weren't disclosed.
