Terreno Realty Sells Florida Industrial Portfolio for $82.3 Million

10:48 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said Tuesday that it has completed the sale of an industrial property portfolio in Doral, Florida, for approximately $82.3 million.

This portfolio includes six structures, covering roughly 302,000 square feet over 14.6 acres, with 91% occupancy by 21 various tenants, which was purchased by Terreno on May 22, 2013, for $23.7 million.

The unleveraged internal rate of return generated by the investment was 14.7%, the company said.
