Terreno Realty Sells Industrial Property in Florida for $20.6 Million

10:31 AM EST, 11/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said Friday it has sold an industrial property in Doral, Florida, for about $20.6 million.

The company said it bought the asset in July 2012 for about $4.2 million.

Price: 60.00, Change: -0.23, Percent Change: -0.38
