11:06 AM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said Monday it sold an industry property in Seattle on Friday for $11 million to an undisclosed buyer.

The property on 1.5 acres has a 25,000-square-foot industrial distribution building and is fully leased to one tenant, the company said.

Terreno said it acquired the property in 2016 for $4.7 million.
