Terreno Realty Starts Construction of Countyline Corporate Park Phase IV in Florida

11:26 AM EDT, 04/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said Friday that it has started construction of Building 31, a 162,000 square foot industrial distribution building, at Countyline Corporate Park Phase IV in Hialeah, Florida.

Countyline Corporate Park Phase IV consists of a 121-acre project entitled for 2.2 million square feet of industrial distribution buildings in Miami's Countyline Corporate Park, the company added.

The project is expected to contain ten industrial distribution buildings for a total investment of about $511.5 million, with completion expected in 2027, Terreno said.
