Terreno Realty Starts Offering of 5 Million Shares

04:32 PM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Terreno Realty ( TRNO ) said late Monday it has initiated an offering of 5 million shares, with Goldman Sachs and KeyBanc Capital Markets as underwriters.

The company said it will grant its underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares.

It plans to use the proceeds for future acquisitions, including a portfolio of industrial properties, funding for development and redevelopment properties, and for other general corporate purposes.
