April 17 (Reuters) - Electric automaker Tesla

on Wednesday urged shareholders to vote in favour of a proposal

to ratify billionaire Elon Musk's compensation under the CEO pay

package, just months after a Delaware judge rejected his

record-breaking $56 billion pay.
