Tesla Asks Shareholders to Vote on Musk's $56 Billion Pay Again

07:33 AM EDT, 04/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla (TSLA) will ask shareholders to vote again on Chief Executive Elon Musk's 2018 compensation package after a Delaware court in January voided the $56 billion set aside for Musk, according to a proxy filing issued Wednesday.

The company also said it will call a vote on moving its state of incorporation to Texas from Delaware, according to the filing.
