Tesla Expects Full Self-Driving System Approval in China by Early 2026

06:29 AM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla (TSLA) said Friday its full self-driving system could receive full regulatory approval in China as early as February or March 2026.

"We have partial approval in China, and hopefully we'll have full approval around February or March," CEO Elon Musk said during the company's annual general meeting on Thursday.

Tesla's full self-driving system currently has partial approval from Chinese regulators.
