09:27 AM EDT, 05/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla's (TSLA) new car sales in Spain fell year over year by 36% in April and decreased nearly 17% in the first four months of the year, according to registration data published by industry group ANFAC.
New Tesla car registrations reached 571 in April, down from 893 a year ago, and 3,740 from January to April, compared with 4,484 a year earlier, according to ANFAC.
Sales of electrified vehicles, which include both electric vehicles and hybrids, soared 77% in April and increased about 55% in the January-April period year over year in Spain, ANFAC said.
Tesla did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
