12:12 PM EST, 12/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla (TSLA) said in a Twitter post on Monday that it is launching a Tesla App for Apple's ( AAPL ) Apple Watch next week, which provides phone key access to vehicles.

The app will allow users to see battery charge, open the frunk and turn on climate control, according to Tesla.

The carmaker also unveiled other holiday updates, which include the ability to watch and save dashcam and sentry mode clips directly on the phone using the Tesla app.
