09:23 AM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla (TSLA) has been reported to police in Sweden for violating the Electrical Safety Act, the Union of Swedish Electricians said Tuesday.

The EV manufacturing giant has performed electric installation work at charging sites at other people's facilities without first registering with the country's Electrical Safety Authority, the union added.

Tesla did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
