10:21 AM EDT, 05/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla's (TSLA) sales of electric vehicles built in China fell 6% in April compared with year-ago levels, according to multiple media reports on Wednesday that cited China Passenger Car Association data.

The automaker sold 58,459 vehicles produced in China during April, ranking fourth among companies selling cars in that market, the reports said.

Tesla did not immediately respond to an email from MT Newswires seeking comment on Wednesday.
