Tesla shareholder seeks to block Musk from litigating pay outside of Delaware

WILMINGTON, Delaware, April 24 (Reuters) - A Tesla

shareholder asked Delaware court on Wednesday to block Tesla and

company CEO Elon Musk from litigating Musk's 2018 pay outside of

the state of Delaware, according to a court filing.
