Tesla's February Sales in China Reportedly Fall by 19% Year Over Year

07:13 AM EST, 03/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla's (TSLA) vehicle sales in China fell by 19% year on year in February, declining to their lowest level since December 2022, media outlets reported Monday, citing data from the China Passenger Car Association.

Tesla shipped 60,365 vehicles from China in February, the reports said, adding that the slowdown was likely caused by reduced purchases during the Lunar New Year holidays.

Tesla did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
