10:46 AM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tetra Tech (TTEK) said Thursday it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire industrial digitalization services firm SAGE Group Holdings. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

SAGE Group, which provides automation services in the municipal water, energy, transportation, defense and manufacturing sectors, will join the Commercial International Business Group, Tetra Tech said.

The addition of SAGE Group's digital automation capabilities will boost offerings by bringing additional expertise, artificial intelligence-enabled technology, and demonstrated client solutions, the company said.
