12:32 PM EDT, 05/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tetra Tech (TTEK) said Tuesday it received a five-year $439 million contract from the US Agency for International Development to strengthen energy security and resilience in Ukraine.

Services covered under the contract include technical assistance to the government of Ukraine on improving the resilience, reliability, and security of electricity, natural gas and district heating sectors, according to the company.

Tetra Tech will aid Ukraine in meeting European Union energy standards for integration and improve efficiency, the company added.
