04:55 PM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Texas Capital Bancshares ( TCBI ) said Tuesday it appointed David Oman as chief risk officer, effective June 10.

Oman succeeds Tim Storms who will retire next month, according to the company. Storms will serve as an advisor through the end of 2024, Texas Capital added.

Oman previously served as managing director at PricewaterhouseCoopers' financial risk practice, Texas Capital said.
