04:45 PM EDT, 08/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Robert W Stallings, Director, on July 31, 2024, executed a purchase for 14,000 shares in Texas Capital Bancshares ( TCBI ) for $279,020. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Stallings has control over a total of 603,000 shares of the company, with 338,925 shares held directly and 264,075 controlled indirectly.
