06:43 AM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Texas Instruments ( TXN ) said Tuesday that it has launched a new integrated semiconductor designed for small home appliances.

The chipmaker said the DRV7308 is an intelligent power module that integrates the company's gallium nitride technology and "enables more than 99% inverter efficiency."

The company said the product will be displayed at a conference in Nuremberg, Germany, till Thursday.
