Texas Instruments Prices $1.2 Billion Notes Offering

05:56 PM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Texas Instruments ( TXN ) said late Tuesday that it has priced its offering of $550 million of 4.500% senior unsecured notes due May 23, 2030.

The company said it also priced $650 million of 5.100% senior unsecured notes due May 23, 2035.

Texas said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close May 23.
