Texas Stock Exchange Files to Operate as National Securities Exchange

06:30 AM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TXSE Group said late Friday that the Texas Stock Exchange has filed its Form 1 registration with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to operate as a national securities exchange.

The filing proposed trading, listings of corporate issuers and ETPs, auctions, and a range of data products.

If approved, TXSE plans to launch trading in early 2026, with listings by the end of that year.

Additionally, TXSE said it has closed its initial capital raise at $161 million and added that its founding investors include BlackRock ( BLK ) , Citadel Securities, Charles Schwab ( SCHW ) , Dell Family Office Management, Fortress, Jump Trading, Squarepoint, Susquehanna Private Equity Investments, Tower Research.

The company said it is considering "additional financing to further accelerate its plans."
