05:53 PM EDT, 03/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TFI International ( TFII ) said late Monday it has acquired trucking transportation company Hercules Forwarding, a Less-Than-Truckload carrier with focus on intra-US and US-to-Canada cross-border transportation.

Hercules generated more than $100 million in annual revenues, the firm said.
