04:29 PM EDT, 03/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TH International ( THCH ) filed a registration statement late Friday for a mixed shelf offering worth $30 million, including preferred shares, warrants, subscription rights, units and ordinary shares.

The operator of Tim Hortons coffee shops said the offering includes 82.1 million ordinary shares by selling shareholders.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the securities over time by the selling shareholders.
