07:05 AM EDT, 10/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- The Marcus (MCS) said Friday that it has filed a new universal shelf registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to potentially offer securities of up to $150 million to the public.

This replaces the company's previous universal shelf registration statement which was set to expire later this month, the company said.
