In the final tranche, Therma issued about 14.6 million units at $0.01 apiece for $145,500. Together with the first tranche closing on June 10, the company has now raised $1 million from selling 100 million units.

A director and officer of the company participated in the final tranche and purchased 1.1 million units for $11,000.
