11:50 AM EDT, 06/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Thesis Gold ( THSGF ) on Thursday said it is upsizing its underwritten offering of flow-through shares to $24 million from $20 million.

The offering consists of a combination of different categories of flow-through shares. The underwriters have also been granted a 15% over-allotment option. Centerra Gold ( CGAU ) , which has a 9.9% stake in Thesis, will participate in the financings to maintain its interest.

Proceeds will be used to develop the Lawyers Ranch project in British Columbia.

The offering is scheduled to close by July 3.

Thesis Gold ( THSGF ) was last seen down $0.02 to $1.08 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
