( THKKF ) , in digital health software services, overnight Tuesday announced that it has filed and will start mailing the management information circular dated March 1, 2024 and related materials for the special meeting of shareholders to approve the previously announced plan of arrangement.

Financial Update

Management estimates that revenue for the full year 2023 was in the range of $80 to $83 million and Adjusted EBITDA for the full year 2023 fell in a range between $(1.5) million and $0.5 million. On December 31, 2023, Think Research ( THKKF ) had gross debt outstanding to its senior lenders, without accounting for the value of the convertibility features, of $49.3 million.
