Thoma Bravo Completes $1.8 Billion Acquisition of Everbridge

09:08 AM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Thoma Bravo said Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of Everbridge ( EVBG ) in an all-cash deal valued at about $1.8 billion.

Everbridge ( EVBG ) shareholders will receive $35 per share in cash for each share of Everbridge ( EVBG ) common stock they owned.

In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Nitin Sood, CFO, PVR, said that bookings during the January-February period were impacted by Omicron but cinegoers are returning to theatres now. He pointed out that all three releases of last Friday have done done exceedingly well.
