Thompson Safety Expands into Philadelphia Market with Acquisition of Kartman Fire

HOUSTON, Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Thompson Safety™, a leading provider of fire protection, and safety services, today announced the acquisition of Kartman Fire, a respected fire and life safety provider serving Philadelphia and surrounding areas since 1983. This acquisition marks Thompson Safety's entry into the Philadelphia market with advanced fire protection services and strengthens its position as one of the fastest-growing full-service fire protection companies in the country.
