Thompson Street Capital Partners Portfolio Company PestCo Holdings Acquires Arizona’s Best Choice Pest & Termite Services

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Arizona’s Best Choice Pest & Termite Services (ABC) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers and a TSCP portfolio company. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, ABC is a leading provider of residential and commercial pest control services in Arizona. This acquisition represents a strategic expansion into the Southwestern U.S. market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
