08:36 AM EDT, 05/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Thomson Reuters ( TRI ) said Wednesday that it expects pre-tax net proceeds of about $0.5 billion from the sale of its remaining stake in the London Stock Exchange Group at 91.50 British pounds ($115.45) per share.

The company said it indirectly owned about 4.3 million of the 17.3 million shares sold along with certain Blackstone (BX) affiliated investment funds.
