05:24 PM EDT, 04/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Thoughtworks Holding ( TWKS ) said late on Wednesday that it acquired technology assets and staff of Watchful, a firm that helps organizations create and deploy artificial intelligence models.

Thoughtworks ( TWKS ) acquired seven professionals from Watchful, including the co-founders Shayan Mohanty and John Singleton.

The company did not disclose the financial details of the agreement.
