07:55 AM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ThreeD Capital ( IDKFF ) , a Canadian-based venture capital firm, late on Thursday said the company and Sheldon Inwentash raised their ownership in Quebec Innovative Materials Corp. by buying 1.5 million common shares and 1 million common share purchase warrants.

ThreeD and Inwentash now own and control 6.8 million common shares and 5 million common share purchase warrants, representing about 7.3% of all issued and outstanding common shares of Quebec Innovative Materials. That is up from 5.7% previously.
