08:50 AM EDT, 07/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ThreeD Capital ( IDKFF ) said over the weekend that it is raising about $1.5 million in a private placement.

The Canada-based venture capital firm said the offering will comprise up to nearly 5.6 million units priced at $0.27 per unit.

Each unit consists of one share and one warrant. Each whole warrant can be exercised at $0.40 per share for 36 months.

The company's share price rose 2.8% on Friday to $0.365 on the CSE.
