03:35 PM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ThreeD Capital ( IDKFF ) was at last look on Monday up almost 40% after announcing terms to a proposed private placement financing of up to 12 million units of the company at a price of $0.15 per unit, for gross proceeds of $1.8 million.

Under the proposed placement, each Unit is comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the company at an exercise price of $0.22 per common share for a period of 36 months.

No commission or finders' fees are expected paid as part of the private placement, and participation by insiders of the company is yet to be determined.
