Thumzup Media Closes $50 Million Public Offering

05:49 PM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Thumzup Media ( TZUP ) said late Tuesday that it closed a public offering of common shares at $10 apiece for gross proceeds of $50 million.

Proceeds will be used to prioritize the accumulation of cryptocurrencies and mining equipment, for working capital and general corporate purposes, according to a statement.
