10:38 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Thumzup Media ( TZUP ) said Thursday it plans to change its corporate name to Datacentrex following the expected close of its acquisition of Dogehash.

The company said the Datacentrex name reflects its strategic shift toward digital infrastructure, blockchain, and data-center opportunities.

Thumzup has reserved the Nasdaq ticker symbol DTCX in connection with the planned name and symbol change.

Shares of the company were up by nearly 7% in recent trading.
